Products

Does Italywithus sell only genuine Italian products?
Answer: We have partnership only with Italian producers, and we test all the product we offer you before selling it.

What about security using a credit cards?
Answer: When you decide to pay with a credit card you are not sending information to Italywithus but directly to the bank that Italywithus has deputed to receive the payment. The bank deputed has SSL system that ensures  you a 128 mb crittographed transaction.

May I pay after receipt of goods?
Answer: No, for the reason we have particular agreement with producer to have lowest price they refuse to use this term of payment. Although  we need more time to deliver you the goods, you are allowed to use a pre- payment by wire transfer. In that case obviously you have to send the document attesting the payment to permit us to process you order.
